His training philosophy focuses on practical self-defense, strong personality development, and mental toughness, ensuring students are prepared not only for competition but also for real-life challenges. Sanjoy Singh believes that Taekwondo is a powerful tool to build confidence, discipline, resilience, and a never-give-up attitude.

The position also handles branding coordination, marketing communication, WhatsApp and email responses, and parent engagement, acting as the primary point of contact for students and families. By ensuring clear communication, organized operations, and a positive experience for parents and students, the role supports the academy’s commitment to discipline, professionalism, and high-quality training standards.

Venkat Appal Raju serves as the Team Manager at Combatix Taekwondo Academy, playing a vital role in supporting both instructors and students. With years of experience in team coordination, planning, and leadership, he ensures that the academy runs smoothly and efficiently every day.
He is responsible for managing class schedules, student coordination, events, tournaments, and overall operations, helping create a well-organized and positive training environment. His focus is on making sure students can train with confidence, discipline, and consistency, while parents feel assured about structure and safety.
Venkat believes that martial arts training is not just about techniques and belts, but about building discipline, teamwork, and a strong mindset. His dedication behind the scenes allows instructors to concentrate on training and helps students stay focused on their Taekwondo journey.
